2 Orders & Product Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Turkmen Manat (TMT);
- Following order checkout, a customer support agent will call to verify delivery details;
- In the event of warehouse stock shortage or technical pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.
3 Account Security & Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity or transaction performed under your account is considered authorized by you.
4 Package Inspection upon Delivery
Customers must inspect the outer packaging, security seals, and accessories in the presence of the courier. Claims regarding physical external damage cannot be accepted after package acceptance.
5 Warranty Coverage
Hardware items are accompanied by official warranty vouchers. Damage caused by liquid contact, electrical surges, or unauthorized disassembly is void of warranty terms.
6 Modifications to Terms
ASTORE.TM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being published on the platform.
